5.3 Restrictions

No content may be downloaded, recorded, screenshotted, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of platform content will result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.

5.4 User Submissions

If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, questions, or feedback, you grant Actionspark a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.

6.1 Fees

6.2 Billing

Payment is processed through our designated payment providers. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.

6.3 Refunds

6.4 Access After Payment

Upon successful payment, access to purchased content will be granted in accordance with the terms of the specific course or subscription plan selected. Actionspark reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time.

Actionspark does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms and policies.

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9.1 Educational Purpose

9.2 Platform Availability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Actionspark in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Actionspark and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Actionspark reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Actionspark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, including course offerings, features, or functionality, at any time without liability to you. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Actionspark with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
